  11. I have changed from using the slow internal to a fast external (Motorola
  12. V3400) modem. I took the internal card out, configured for COM2, and plugged
  13. in the external modem to the other ( and only available) com port.

  15. Windows 95 is unable to recognise that any modem is attached when going
  16. into the modem control panel, it also reports further on into the modem 
  17. control panel that the COM2 port is is use.
