- I have changed from using the slow internal to a fast external (Motorola
- V3400) modem. I took the internal card out, configured for COM2, and plugged
- in the external modem to the other ( and only available) com port.

- Windows 95 is unable to recognise that any modem is attached when going
- into the modem control panel, it also reports further on into the modem
- control panel that the COM2 port is is use.
